摘  要:粘度是溶酶体的一个重要指标,SO 2作为一种信号分子,在细胞代谢过程中起着重要的作用。粘度和亚硫酸盐的产生失调可导致许多炎症疾病甚至有致癌风险。基于此背景,准确、灵敏地测定生物系统中亚硫酸盐和粘度含量对揭示其各种生理和病理功能至关重要。我们设计合成了一种双响应荧光探针(RM-OH),用于高效检测粘度和亚硫酸盐。随着粘度的增加,分子旋转发生抑制,探针红色荧光逐渐增强,不受其他物质的干扰。探针与亚硫酸盐反应后双键被破坏,荧光强度降低,发生荧光淬灭现象,从而实现对亚硫酸盐和粘度的同时检测。Viscosity is an important indicator of lysosomes,and as a signaling molecule,SO 2,plays an important role in cellular metabolism.Dysregulation of viscosity and sulfite production can lead to many inflammatory diseases and even carcinogenic risks.Based on this background,accurate and sensitive determination of sulfite and viscosity content in biological systems is essential to reveal their various physiological and pathological functions.Therefore,we designed and synthesized a dual-response fluorescent probe(RM-OH)for efficient detection of viscosity and sulfites.It can be observed that as the viscosity increases,the rotation of the molecules is inhibited,and the red fluorescence of the probe gradually increases,it is not disturbed by other substances.After the reaction between the probe and sulfite,the double bond is broken,the fluorescence intensity is reduced,and the fluorescence quenching phenomenon occurs,so as to realize the simultaneous detection of sulfite and viscosity.
