摘  要:采用生物膜反应器处理模拟高浓度含酚废水,考察初始苯酚浓度变化对含酚废水处理效果及生物膜胞外聚合物(extracellular polymeric substances,EPS)的影响。初始苯酚浓度由500 mg·L^(-1)逐渐提高至1500 mg·L^(-1),反应器总运行时间为38 d。实验结果表明:随着初始苯酚浓度的提高,苯酚和COD去除率呈先升后降的趋势,初始苯酚浓度范围为847.18~940.06 mg·L^(-1)时苯酚和COD去除率最高,60 h内苯酚和COD去除率分别达到100%和66.47%。高浓度初始苯酚的加入使微生物分泌更多的EPS,EPS含量先增加后维持稳定。初始苯酚浓度达到1325.42 mg·L^(-1)时,EPS、PS(polysaccharide)、PN(protein)达到最大值,分别为97.63 mg·g^(-1)(VSS)、42.82 mg·g^(-1)(VSS)、54.81 mg·g^(-1)(VSS)。初始苯酚浓度处于较高浓度范围(847~1481 mg·L^(-1))时,该反应器仍能较好地适应。以期为复合式生物膜法处理苯酚废水的工艺优化和机理研究提供指导。A biofilm reactor was used to treat high concentration phenol wastewater.The effect of initial phenol concentration variation on the treatment effect of phenol wastewater and extracellular polymeric substances(EPS)of biofilm was investigated.The initial phenol concentration of 500 mg·L^(-1) gradually increased to 1500 mg·L^(-1) within 38 days.The results showed that:with the increase of initial phenol concentration,the removal rates of phenol and COD increased firstly and then decreased.When the initial phenol concentration was within 847.18 and 940.06 mg·L^(-1),the removal rates of phenol and COD reached the maximum,and phenol could be completely degraded after 60 h with the COD removal rate of 66.47%.Initial phenol concentration had little effect on extracellular polymer secretion,which increased firstly and then remained stably.High concentration of phenol stimulated microorganisms to secrete more EPS.When the initial phenol concentration reached 1325.42 mg·L^(-1),EPS,PS and PN reached the maximum,which were 97.63 mg·g^(-1)(VSS),42.82 mg·g^(-1)(VSS)and 54.81 mg·g^(-1)(VSS),respectively.When the initial phenol concentration was in the high concentration range(847~1481 mg·L^(-1)),the reactor still adapted well.It is to provide guidance for the process optimization and mechanism research of phenol wastewater treatment by composite biofilm process.
