摘　　要：远程医疗技术在现代医疗体系中发挥着日益重要的作用,尤其在阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征(obstructive sleep apnea syndrome,OSAS)患者的病情监测,治疗依从性和管理等方面。OSAS是一种常见的睡眠障碍,其特点是睡眠期间上呼吸道反复塌陷,导致呼吸暂停或显著的通气不足。传统的OSAS管理方法通常依赖于面诊、医院内的多导睡眠监测和持续气道正压通气治疗。然而,这些方法往往受到地理位置、时间限制和医疗资源短缺的制约。本文对远程医疗在OSAS中的应用形式(远程视频远程医疗、远程睡眠监测、远程健康管理平台)、应用效果进行综述,并提出相关应用建议和策略,以期为远程医疗在OSAS患者中的发展及应用提供思路和参考。Objective Telemedicine technology is playing an increasingly important role in the modern healthcare system,especially in the monitoring,treatment adherence,and management of patients with obstructive sleep apnea syndrome(OSAS).OSAS is a common sleep disorder characterized by repeated collapse of the upper airway during sleep,resulting in apnea or significant hypoventilation.Traditional approaches to the management of OSAS have ofter relied on face-to-face consultations,in-hospital polysomnography,and continuous positive airway pressure therapy.However,these methods are often constrained by geographical location,time constraints,and shortages of medical resources.This paper summarized the application forms(tele-video,tele-medical,tele-sleep monitoring,and tele-health management platform)and application effects of telemedicine in OSAS,and put forward some relevant application recommendations and strategies,so as to provide basis and reference for the development and application of telemedicine in patients with OSAS.
