发包方信任对全过程工程咨询方式接受度的影响研究

摘  要:文章基于发包方视角,构建了发包方信任为自变量,全过程工程咨询方式接受度为因变量,发包方的感知价值为调节变量的理论模型。通过对258份有效问卷进行实证分析,得出研究结论:1)发包方善意信任、能力信任、综合信任与全过程工程咨询方式接受度之间存在正相关关系;2)发包方感知价值加强了发包方善意信任和能力信任与全过程工程咨询方式接受度的正相关关系。文章不仅扩展了信任在全过程工程咨询领域的理论内容,而且提高了发包方选择全过程工程咨询方式的科学性和合理性,间接地影响全过程工程咨询单位对于诚信建设的重视程度,对全过程工程咨询方式的进一步发展提供了借鉴。Based on the perspective of the employer,this study constructs a theoretical model with the trust of the employer as the independent variable,the acceptance of the whole-process engineering consulting methods as the dependent variable,and the perceived value of the employer as the regulated variable.Through the empirical analysis of 258 valid questionnaires,the study concludes that:1) A positive correlation exists between the goodwill trust,competence trust,comprehensive trust of the employer and the acceptance of the whole-process engineering consulting methods;2) The perceived value of the employer enhances the positive correlation between the goodwill trust and competence trust of the employer and the acceptance of the whole-process engineering consulting methods.This study not only expands the theoretical content of trust within the field of whole-process engineering consulting,but also improves the scientificity and rationality of the employer in selecting the whole-process engineering consulting methods.It indirectly enhances the emphasis on integrity construction among whole-process engineering consulting firms,and provides a reference for the further development of whole-process engineering consulting methods.
