论王莽秉政时期奏议文的书写——兼补严可均《全汉文》漏辑一则  

On the Writing about the Memorial to the Throne During Wang Mang's Reign——Supplementing an Article of Missing Compilation in Yan Kejun's All the Han Dynasty's Writings Simultaneously

摘　　要：王莽秉政时期士人写作心态发生了由颂莽媚莽以趋利避害到议政辅政以解蔽救时的嬗变,深刻影响了奏议文的内容生成与艺术风貌。政治变革、经济政策、社会局势方面的社会要素与奏议文的内容具有直接映射关系,述莽功绩与予莽权势、经济改制与政策纠弊、对内平叛与攻伐匈奴等主题的奏议文集中出现。奏议文叙事说理由注重铺垫衬托转变为直陈观点方案,语言少运骈偶而代以长短不拘的散句。文风则由柔媚到质朴,这与作者的身份特征与社会局势的变化直接相关。严可均《全上古三代秦汉三国六朝文》辑佚文献存在失辑、讹误等问题,关涉这一时期则是漏收了孙宝《奏谏以莽功德比周公》这篇奏议文。The creative mentality of scholars during Wang Mang's reign has undergone a transformation from praising and flattering Wang Mang to gain benefits and avoid danger to discussing and assisting in politics to address societal issues and rescue the current political situation.These changes have profoundly impacted the content generation of the memorials to the throne,as well as the artistic style.The social factors of economic policy and social situation are directly reflected in the content of these memorials.Those on the themes of stating Wang Mang's achievements and giving him authority,economic reform and policy rectification,internal rebellion and attack against Huns have appeared simultaneously.When describing events and explaining viewpoints,these memorials have changed from laying the groundwork to express opinions and methods directly,with language that used fewer parallel sentences,replacing them with loose sentences.The style of these memorials has changed from soft to simple,which is directly related to the identity characteristics of the author and the changes in social situation.The Whole Old Ancient Three Generations,Qin and Han Dynasties,the Three Kingdoms and Six Dynasties' Articles edited by Yan Kejun has some issues such as omissions and errors in the process of sorting out documents.When it comes to this period,A memorial to the throne that Advising not to Make the Comparison of Wang Mang's Merit and Virtue with Duke of Zhou by Sun Bao was missing.
