摘　　要：近年来,新一代信息技术已广泛应用于医疗行业,这既推动行业发展,也对医学院校医学及信息技术的交叉融合教育提出更高层次的要求。本文以新医科建设为契机,在全面分析医科院校信息技术教育现状的基础上,创新提出设计适配于医科院校通识类信息技术课程的建设思路,旨在通过课程内容改革创新、教学组织形式创新、提升校园数字文化氛围3个手段,从基础知识、胜任力、信息素养三个维度,全面提升医学生应用信息技术解决临床实际问题的能力,促进信息技术与医学教育深度融合,推进以胜任力为导向的教育教学改革。A new generation of information technology has recently been widely used in the medical industry,which not merely propels the development of the industry,but also comes up with higher level requirements for the cross-integration education of medicine and information technology in medical schools.Taking the construction of new medical education as an opportunity,based on the comprehensive analysis of the present situation of information technology education in medical schools,this paper innovatively puts forward the construction thoughts of designing general information technology courses adapted to medical schools,and aims to comprehensively enhance medical students' capacity to resolve clinical practical issues via information technology from three dimensions:basic knowledge,competency and information literacy through the reform and innovation of curriculum content,the innovation of teaching organizing forms and the enhancement of digital cultural atmosphere on campus,to facilitate the deep integration of information technology and medical education,and to advance the competency-oriented education and teaching reform.
