摘　　要：目的:分析血管内支架成形术治疗椎动脉开口部粥样硬化性狭窄的效果。方法:选取2021年7月—2023年6月韶关市始兴县人民医院收治的椎动脉开口部粥样硬化性狭窄患者60例,按照简单抽样法分为治疗组与对照组,每组30例。对照组采用对症药物治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上实施血管内支架成形术。比较两组治疗前后血管狭窄率、美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分及脑缺血性事件发生率。结果:治疗前,两组血管狭窄率、NIHSS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组血管狭窄率、NIHSS评分低于治疗前,且治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组脑缺血性事件发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:血管内支架成形术可以改善椎动脉开口部粥样硬化性狭窄患者的血管狭窄及神经功能缺损情况,减少脑缺血性事件。Objective:To analyze the effect of endovascular stenting for the treatment of atherosclerotic stenosis at the opening of vertebral artery.Methods:Sixty patients with atherosclerotic stenosis of the opening part of vertebral artery admitted to Shaoguan Shixing County People's Hospital from July 2021 to June 2023 were selected and divided into treatment group and control group according to the simple sampling method,with thirty cases in each group.The control group was treated with symptomatic drugs,and the treatment group implemented endovascular stenting on the basis of the control group.The stenosis rate,National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)score and the incidence of cerebral ischemic events were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:Before treatment,the stenosis rate and NIHSS score of the two groups were compared,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);after treatment,the stenosis rate and NIHSS score of the two groups were lower than that before treatment,and the treatment group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence rate of cerebral ischemic events of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:Endovascular stenting can improve vascular stenosis and neurological deficit in patients with atherosclerotic stenosis at the opening of vertebral artery and reduce cerebral ischemic events.
