益气维血片联合人促红素注射液治疗血液透析肾性贫血的效果

摘　　要：目的:观察益气维血片联合人促红素注射液治疗血液透析肾性贫血患者的效果。方法:选取2022年6月—2023年6月河源市中医院血液净化室收治的60例血液透析肾性贫血患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各30例。对照组采用人促红素注射液治疗,观察组采用益气维血片联合人促红素注射液治疗。对比两组血液学指标[红细胞计数(RBC)、血红蛋白(Hb)、血细胞比容(HCT)、平均红细胞容积(MCV)、平均红细胞血红蛋白浓度(MCHC)]、铁代谢指标[血清铁蛋白(SF)、转铁蛋白(TRF)、转铁蛋白饱和度(TSAT)]及并发症发生率。结果:治疗前,两组RBC、Hb、HCT、MCV、MCHC水平对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组RBC、Hb水平及观察组HCT水平升高,观察组RBC、Hb、HCT水平高于对照组(P<0.05);两组MCV、MCHC水平对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);对照组治疗前后HCT水平对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗前,两组SF、TRF及TSAT水平对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组SF、TRF及TSAT水平升高,观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组并发症发生率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:益气维血片联合人促红素注射液治疗血液透析肾性贫血的效果显著,可改善贫血症状和铁代谢指标,安全性较好。Objective:To observe the effect of Yiqi Weixue tablet combined with human erythropoietin injection on patients with hemodialysis renal anemia.Methods:Sixty patients with hemodialysis renal anemia admitted to the blood purification room of Heyuan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with thirty cases in each group.The control group was treated with human erythropoietin injection,and the observation group was treated with Yiqi Weixue tablet combined with human erythropoietin injection.The hematological indicators[red blood cell count(RBC),hemoglobin(Hb),hematocrit(HCT),mean corpuscular volume(MCV),mean corpuscular hemoglobin concentration(MCHC)],iron metabolism indicators[serum ferritin(SF),transferrin(TRF),transferrin saturation(TSAT)],and incidence of complications were compared between two groups.Results:Before treatment,there was no significant difference in RBC,Hb,HCT,MCV and MCHC levels between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,RBC and Hb levels in two groups and HCT levels in observation group were increased,and RBC,Hb and HCT levels in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in MCV and MCHC levels between the two groups(P>0.05);there was no significant difference in HCT level before and after treatment in control group(P>0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in SF,TRF and TSAT levels between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the levels of SF,TRF and TSAT in two groups were increased,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Yiqi Weixue tablet combined with human erythropoietin injection has a remarkable effect in the treatment of hemodialysis renal anemia,can improve anemia symptoms and iron metabolism indexes,and has good safet
