中医骨伤推拿手法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果

摘　　要：目的:分析中医骨伤推拿手法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果。方法:选取烟台市蓬莱中医医院2022年3月—2023年3月收治的68例腰椎间盘突出症患者为研究对象,随机分为研究组和参照组,各34例。参照组使用牵引康复疗法,研究组在参照组基础上使用中医骨伤推拿手法治疗。对比两组腰椎功能恢复情况、疼痛情况、生活质量及治疗效果。结果:治疗前,两组日本骨科协会及Prolo腰椎功能评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组日本骨科协会及Prolo腰椎功能评分升高,且研究组高于参照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组视觉模拟评分法、健康调查简表评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组视觉模拟评分法评分降低,健康调查简表评分升高,且研究组优于参照组(P<0.05)。研究组治疗总有效率高于参照组(P=0.024)。结论:在牵引康复疗法基础上结合中医骨伤推拿手法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的效果较好,可以改善患者腰椎功能和生活质量,减轻疼痛。Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine orthopedic injury manipulation on lumbar disc herniation.Methods:A total of sixty-eight patients with lumbar disc herniation admitted to Yantai Penglai Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2022 to March 2023 were selected as the study objects,and randomly divided into the study group and the reference group,with thirty-four patients in each group.The reference group was treated with traction rehabilitation therapy,and the study group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine orthopedic injury manipulation on the basis of the reference group.The function recovery of lumbar spine,pain,quality of life and treatment effect were compared between the two groups.Results:Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the Japanese Orthopaedic Association and Prolo lumbar function scores between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the Japanese Orthopaedic Association and Prolo lumbar function scores increased in the two groups,and the study group was higher than the reference group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in terms of Visual Analogue Score and the Short Form of Health Survey score(P>0.05);after treatment,the score of Visual Analogue Score decreased in both groups,and the Short Form of Health Survey score increased,and the study group was better than the reference group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the reference group(P=0.024).Conclusion:On the basis of traction rehabilitation therapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine orthopedic injury manipulation,the effect of lumbar disc herniation is better,which can improve the function and quality of life of patients with lumbar spine and reduce pain.
