个体化护理在肾结石术后肾造瘘管留置患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:探究个体化护理在肾结石术后肾造瘘管留置患者中的应用效果。方法:选取临沂市临沭县人民医院2020年12月—2022年12月肾结石术后留置肾造瘘管的90例患者为研究对象,随机分为常规组与研究组,各45例。常规组采取常规护理,研究组在对照组基础上采取个体化护理。对比两组并发症发生率、疼痛情况、康复情况及生活质量。结果:研究组并发症发生率低于常规组(P=0.035)。术后10、20、40 h,两组视觉模拟评分法评分降低,研究组低于常规组(P<0.05)。研究组住院时间与肾造瘘管拔出时间短于常规组(P<0.001)。护理后,两组情感职能、社会功能、躯体功能、生理机能评分升高,研究组高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论:个体化护理可降低肾结石术后肾造瘘管留置患者的并发症发生风险,减轻术后疼痛,促进康复,提高生活质量。Objective:To explore the effect of individualized nursing in patients with nephrostomy indwelling after renal stone operation.Methods:A total of ninety patients with nephrostomy tube indwelling after renal calculus operation in Linyi Linshu County People's Hospital from December 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects,and randomly divided into routine group and study group,with forty-five cases in each group.The routine group took routine nursing,and the study group took individualized nursing on the basis of the control group.The incidence of complications,pain,rehabilitation and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results:The complication rate of the study group was lower than that of the routine group(P=0.035).At 10,20 and 40 h after operation,the scores of Visual Analog Scale in both groups were lower,the study group were lower than those in the routine group(P<0.05).The length of hospital stay and nephrostomy tube extraction in the study group were shorter than those in the routine group(P<0.001).After nursing,the scores of emotional function,social function,physical function and physiological function were increased in the two groups,and those in the study group were higher than those in the routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Individualized nursing can reduce the risk of complications,relieve postoperative pain,promote rehabilitation and improve quality of life in patients with nephrostomy indwelling after renal stone operation.
