基于人文关怀理念的手术室护理对直肠癌根治术患者的影响

摘　　要：目的:分析基于人文关怀理念的手术室护理对直肠癌根治术患者的影响。方法:选取2021年2月—2023年2月滨州医学院附属医院收治的72例接受直肠癌根治术治疗的患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各36例。对照组接受常规手术室护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用基于人文关怀理念的手术室护理。对比两组生理应激指标、术后康复指标、并发症发生率。结果:术后24 h,两组心率、收缩压、舒张压降低,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组首次肛门排气时间、首次下床活动时间、引流管拔除时间短于对照组(P<0.001)。观察组并发症发生率低于对照组(P=0.041)。结论:基于人文关怀理念的手术室护理能够减轻直肠癌根治术患者的生理应激反应,加速术后康复进程,减少并发症。Objective:To analyze the impact of operating room nursing based on the concept of humanistic care on patients undergoing radical rectal cancer surgery.Methods:Seventy-two patients admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Binzhou Medical College from February 2021 to February 2023 who underwent radical rectal cancer treatment were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the method of randomized numerical table,each of which consisted of thirty-six cases.The control group received conventional operating room care,and the observation group adopted operating room care based on the concept of humanistic care on the basis of the control group.Compared the physiological stress indexes,postoperative recovery indexes,and complication rates between the two groups.Results:24 h after nursing,the heart rate,systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure of the two groups were reduced,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The time of first anal exhaustion,the time of first getting out of bed,and the time of drain removal in the observation group were shorter than that of the control group(P<0.001).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P=0.041).Conclusion:Operating room nursing based on the concept of humanistic care can reduce the physiological stress reaction of patients undergoing radical rectal cancer surgery,accelerate the postoperative recovery process,and reduce complications.
