综合护理干预在脑卒中继发癫痫患者中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的:分析综合护理干预在脑卒中继发癫痫患者中的应用价值。方法:选取2022年10月—2023年9月于东营市第五人民医院就诊的脑卒中继发癫痫患者100例为研究对象,经过随机抽签法分为对照组与观察组,每组50例。对照组采用一般护理,观察组采用综合护理干预。比较两组康复效果、治疗依从性、护理满意度、心理状态。结果:护理后,两组Barthel指数、Fugel-Meyer运动功能评定量表评分高于护理前,观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总依从率高于对照组(P=0.002)。观察组护理总满意度高于对照组(P<0.001)。护理后,两组焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表评分降低,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:综合护理可促进脑卒中继发癫痫患者的康复,改善肢体运动能力、生活自理能力,提高患者的治疗依从性和护理满意度,改善心理状态。Objective:To analyze the application value of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with epilepsy secondary to stroke.Methods:A total of one hundred patients with secondary epilepsy after stroke treated in Dongying Fifth People's Hospital from October 2022 to September 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and observation group by random drawing method,with fifty cases in each group.The control group received general nursing,and the observation group received comprehensive nursing intervention.The rehabilitation effect,treatment compliance,nursing satisfaction and psychological state of the two groups were compared.Results:After nursing,Barthel Index and Fugel-Meyer Motor Function Rating Scale scores in two groups were higher than those before nursing,and those in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05);the total compliance rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P=0.002).The total nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.001).After nursing,the scores of Self-rating Anxiety Scale and Self-rating Depression Scale decreased in both groups,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing can promote the rehabilitation of stroke patients with secondary epilepsy,improve limb movement ability,self-care ability,improve patients'treatment compliance and nursing satisfaction,and improve their psychological state.
