艾灸对肛裂术后疼痛缓解的作用及其机制研究

摘　　要：该文通过文献综述方式对艾灸缓解肛裂术后疼痛的药性机制、物理机制以及艾灸作用于机体免疫系统、血液循环系统的机制进行分析。艾灸燃烧产生的芳香油成分能够有效调节机体功能,同时艾灸燃烧过程中产生的光辐射能够对局部组织产生有效刺激,促进机体中枢功能的调节,缓解肛裂术后疼痛。同时,艾灸能够对患者的免疫系统和血液循环系统产生影响,提高免疫能力,促进血液循环,从而加快肛裂的康复速度,缓解患者术后疼痛。Through literature review,the medicinal mechanism and physical mechanism of moxibustion in relieving pain after anal fissure operation,as well as the mechanism of moxibustion on the body's immune system and blood circulation system were analyzed.The aromatic oil components produced by moxibustion combustion can effectively regulate body functions,while the light radiation generated during the process of moxibustion combustion can effectively stimulate local tissues,promote the adjustment of central functions of the body,and relieve the pain after anal fissure.At the same time,moxibustion can affect the immune system and blood circulation system of patients,improve the immune capacity,promote blood circulation,thus speeding up the recovery of anal fissures and relieving postoperative pain of patients.
