摘  要:通过试验,对环烷酸钠的可生化性进行了研究,以减少其对环境的不良影响。使用20mg/L浓度的环烷酸钠进行试验,结果表明,在采用城市污水处理厂耗氧池中的活性污泥作为接种物的情况下,其最佳可生化性环境为:曝气量8L/h,接种物浓度75mgMLSS/L,生化反应液pH=7,温度25℃。此时,环烷酸钠10d的可生化性为37.11%,28d的可生化性为69.85%。根据OECD化学品测试标准,环烷酸钠可生化性良好,且碳排放量在规定范围内,因此可推广使用。Through experiments,the biodegradability of sodium naphthenate was studied in order to reduce its adverse effects on the environment.Using sodium naphthenate at 20 mg/L concentration,the results showed that the optimal biodegradability environment was as follows:aeration rate of 8 L/h,inoculant concentration of 75 mgMLSS/L,biochemical reaction solution pH=7,temperature 25 ℃ when activated sludge was used as inoculant in the oxygen consumption tank of municipal sewage treatment plant.At this time,the biodegradability of sodium naphthenate for 10 days was 37.11%,and that for 28 days was 69.85%.According to chemical testing guidelines,sodium naphthenate has good biodegradability and carbon emissions are within the prescribed range,so it can be popularized.
