摘 要:为探讨麦二叉蚜Schizaphis graminum(Rondani)对吡虫啉的抗性风险和生化机理,在室内经吡虫啉多代胁迫后,分析室内麦二叉蚜种群对吡虫啉的耐受性水平及其体内酯酶对杀虫剂的响应。结果表明,经致死中浓度吡虫啉连续胁迫麦二叉蚜10代后,麦二叉蚜对吡虫啉的敏感性显著降低,其LC_(50)值为室内对照种群的5.29倍。方差分析表明吡虫啉对麦二叉蚜连续处理后其酯酶比活力与对照种群无显著差异,但其体内可溶性蛋白质含量显著增高,且不同处理种群对吡虫啉的LC_(50)值与其蛋白质含量呈显著正相关。经致死中浓度吡虫啉的连续多代胁迫,麦二叉蚜种群对吡虫啉的耐受性水平逐渐升高,其酯酶活性无明显变化,但可诱导体内可溶性蛋白质含量显著增高,结果表明麦二叉蚜对吡虫啉抗性发展存在一定的风险,在田间防控过程中要科学安排使用间隔时间,交替用药或轮换用药,避免或延缓害虫对杀虫剂抗药性的产生和发展。In order to explore the resistance risk and biochemical mechanism of Schizaphis graminum(Rondani)to insecticides,the tolerance level and response of esterase activities to the imidacloprid were assessed after multiple generations of S.graminum have been exposed to the imidacloprid stress.After continuous stress with imidacloprid for ten generations,the sensitivity of S.graminum to imidacloprid significantly decreases with a 5.29-fold of LC_(50) value higher than that of the control population.Analysis of variance displays that there is no significant difference for the esterase activity between the control and continuous stressing populations by imidacloprid for ten generations.However,the soluble protein contents of stressing populations increase significantly compared with that of the control.Tolerance to imidacloprid of LC_(50) values for different treatment aphid populations is significantly and positively correlated with their protein contents.The tolerance level of S.graminum populations to imidacloprid increases after continuous stress with LC_(50) dosage.Esterase activity has no significant response to imidacloprid stress,but it could induce a significant increase of their soluble protein contents.The results suggest that populations of S.graminum could have a certain risk of developing resistance to imidacloprid.Therefore,it is necessary to scientifically arrange the use interval,alternate or rotate the use of pesticides,and then avoids or delay the development and progression of insecticide resistance in the field.
