摘 要:废旧塑料协同增塑剂能够改善沥青的高低温性能,但不同废旧塑料与增塑剂的配伍性还有待研究。采用废聚乙烯(WPE)、废聚氯乙烯(WPVC)、废聚丙烯(WPP)协同增塑剂,研究不同废旧塑料及增塑剂对沥青高低温性能的影响。试验结果表明,随着废旧塑料掺量的增加,沥青的高温性能逐渐提高,低温性能先升高后降低。在WPE掺量为6%时,废旧塑料对沥青高温性能的提升最明显,增塑剂能明显提高沥青的低温性能。在塑料改性沥青中添加邻苯二甲酸二辛酯可同时提高沥青的高低温性能,且当WPE掺量为4%、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯掺量为3%时,改性沥青的高温性能提高了30%,低温性能提升了90%。研究成果可为废旧塑料改性沥青的制备及废旧塑料的资源化利用提供理论参考。Waste plastics synergistic elasticizer can improve the high and low temperature performance of asphalt,but the compatibility of different waste plastics and elasticizer still needs to be studied.In this paper,waste polyethylene(WPE),waste polyvinyl chloride(WPVC),waste polypropylene(WPP)synergistic elasticizer were used to study the effect of different waste plastics and elasticizer on the high and low temperature performance of asphalt.The test results show that with the increase of waste plastic doping,the high temperature performance of asphalt gradually improved,and the low temperature performance first increased and then decreased.In the WPE dosage of 6%,the enhancement of waste plastic on the asphalt high temperature performance was the most obvious.Elasticizer can significantly improve the low temperature performance of asphalt.The addition of elasticizer in plastic-modified asphalt could simultaneously improve the high and low temperature performance of asphalt.What’s more,modified asphalt high-temperature performance increased by 30%and low-temperature performance increased by 90%when the dosage WPVC was 4%and the dosage of dioctyl phthalate was 3%.The research results can provide theoretical references for the preparation of waste plastic modified asphalt and the resource utilization of waste plastic.
