“文翁化蜀”的教育措施及影响

摘　　要：汉景帝后期,文翁担任蜀郡太守,见当地民风落后,就制定出一套培养人才的计划,其一是选派有才之士赴长安向博士学习儒家经典,其二是在该地修建学校。他的这套人才培养计划得到了有效的实行,并且得到了汉武帝的认可。汉武帝下令让全国都向文翁学习,从此处可以看出文翁的成绩显著。文翁石室是第一所地方郡学,文翁石室是中国历史上办学时间最长的学校。地方政府十分看重石室的办学与教学情况,文翁石室有较强的师资力量,不仅注重知识的传授,也重视实际锻炼。择优录取的原则展现了教育公平的方针。In the later period of Emperor Han Jing,Wen Weng served as the county governor.After seeing the local folk customs,he developed a plan to train talents.One was to send talented people to Changan to study Confucian classics,and the other was to build schools in the area.His talent training program has been effectively implemented and has been recognized by Emperor Wu of the Han Dynasty.Emperor Wu of the Han Dynasty ordered the whole country to learn from Wen Weng.From this,it can be seen that Wen Wen's achievements are remarkable.Weng Wenshi is the first local county school,and Hejian Guoxue is the first county school.Weng Wenshi is the school with the longest running time in Chinese history.The local government attaches great importance to the school and teaching of the stone room.Weng Wenshi has a strong faculty,not only paying attention to the teaching of knowledge,but also paying attention to actual exercise.The selection of merits shows the policy of fair education.
