摘 要:针对高压轴向柱塞泵滑靴副的配对材料,研究激光加工工艺参数对加工深度及质量的影响规律,加工出所需特定形状参数的微凹坑。通过激光加工设备在滑靴表面加工出微凹坑,依次分析激光加工次数、激光功率、激光扫描次数、激光频率对微凹坑的加工深度及质量的影响规律,研究结果表明,加工次数对微凹坑深度影响最大,加工次数15次时,深度达到260μm左右;随激光功率增大,微凹坑深度增大,当功率达到70%时,深度为100μm左右;随扫描速度加快,微凹坑深度减小,扫描速度为200 mm/s时,深度为140μm左右;频率对微凹坑深度得影响不大,凹坑深度整体在100μm至120μm之间。Research the influence of laser processing parameters on the processing depth and quality of the matching materials for the slipper pairs of high-pressure axial piston pumps,and process micro pits with specific shape parameters as required.By using laser processing equipment to process micro pits on the surface of sliding shoes,the influence of laser processing frequency,laser power,laser scanning frequency,and laser frequency on the processing depth and quality of micro pits was analyzed in sequence.The research results showed that the processing frequency had the greatest impact on the depth of micro pits,and the depth reached about 260μm after 15 processing times;As the laser power increases,the depth of micro pits increases.When the power reaches 70%,the depth is about 100μm;As the scanning speed increases,the depth of micro pits decreases.When the scanning speed is 200 mm/s,the depth is about 140μm;The frequency has little effect on the depth of micro pits,and the overall depth of pits ranges from 100μm to 120μm.
