摘 要:针对轴向柱塞泵配流副微织构表面,采用有限差分法对微织构表面进行离散化处理,利用超松弛迭代法对微织构表面流体方程进行求解,得到微织构配流副的油膜压力分布。利用MATLAB软件对微织构配流副的油膜厚度和油膜压力进行了仿真研究,分析了微织构对配流副油膜润滑特性的影响。研究结果显示:微织构能够显著改变配流副油膜的厚度和压力分布,产生动压效应。无微织构表面最高压力为0.1064 MPa,微织构配流副表面最高压力0.152 MPa,提高油膜的承载能力。The finite difference method was used to discretely treat the micro-texture surface of the axial piston pump,and the overrelaxation iterative method was used to solve the fluid equation of the micro-texture surface,and the oil film pressure distribution of the micro-texture was obtained.The oil film thickness and oil film pressure of the micro-texture valve plate pair were simulated by MATLAB software,and the influence of micro-texture on the lubrication characteristics of the oil film of the valve plate pair was analyzed.The results show that the micro-texture can significantly change the thickness and pressure distribution of the oil film,resulting in dynamic pressure effect.The maximum pressure of the non-micro-texture surface is 0.1064 MPa,and the maximum pressure of the micro-texture distribution secondary surface is 0.152 MPa,which improves the bearing capacity of the oil film.
