摘 要:以斜盘式轴向柱塞泵为研究对象,建立了配流副楔形油膜稳定工作时的温度模型。考虑了配流副表面形貌对油膜黏性摩擦损失以及热传导的影响,结合配流副楔形油膜的泄漏量,分析了转速和负载压力对楔形油膜泄漏、能量损失以及温度的影响。结果表明,负载压力对泄漏以及泄漏能量损失的影响较大,负载压力越大,泄漏流量和泄漏能量损失越大;转速主要影响配流副黏性摩擦能量损失,黏性摩擦能量损失随转速的增大而增大。两者都对配流副油膜温度产生影响,油膜温度随着负载压力的升高而升高;随着转速的升高,油膜温度升高的速率由大逐渐变小。Taking swashplate axial piston pump as the research object,the wedge oil film temperature model of port pair in steady-state was established.Considering the effect of port pair surface morphology on oil film viscous friction energy loss and heat conduction,the influence of rotating speed and load pressure on wedge oil film leakage,energy loss and temperature of port pair was analyzed in combination with the leakage of wedge oil film.The results show that load pressure has great influence on leakage and leakage energy loss.The greater the load pressure,the greater the leakage flow and leakage energy loss.The rotating speed mainly affects the viscous friction energy loss of port pair.The viscous friction energy loss increases with rotating speed.Both have an effect on oil film temperature of port pair,and the oil film temperature increases with load pressure.With the increase of rotational speed,the rate of oil film temperature increase gradually decreases from large too small.
