摘 要:为了研究滤失因素对支撑剂沉降速度的影响,将R-Z模型、阻力系数模型和页岩孔隙内滤失速度模型进行耦合,建立了在裂缝中受滤失影响的支撑剂沉降速度计算模型,研究黏度、孔隙半径、滑移长度和砂比对支撑剂沉降规律的影响。结果表明:随着滤失量的增加,支撑剂沉降速度在200~400 s内迅速降低;滤失会导致不同黏度下的支撑剂沉降速度发生交汇,之后黏度与沉降速度呈正相关;文中模型预测结果与前人数据相比平均误差为13.88%,验证了该模型的准确性。This paper is an attempted to investigate the influence of leak-off factors on settling velocity of proppants.The study is performed by coupling the R-Z model,the coefficient of resistance model and the leak-off velocity model in shale pores to establish a settling velocity calculation model influenced by leak-off factors in fractures,and exploring the effects of viscosity,pore radius,sliding length and sand ratio on the settling patterns of proppants.The results show that with the increase of the leak-off volume,the proppants rapidly reduce their settling velocity within 200 to 400 seconds;the settling velocity of proppants with different viscosities intersect due to leak-off,and then the viscosity and settling velocity show a positive correlation;compared with previous data,the prediction results of the model proposed have an average error of 13.88%,verifying the accuracy of the model.
