摘 要:为保证成桥后达到设计目标,避免平行钢绞线斜拉索与索导管在桥梁运营期间碰撞摩擦发生损伤导致耐久性病害,以鹤大高速佳木斯松花江特大桥为工程背景,分析了施工期间主梁梁段累计转角、张拉索力等因素对索导管修正角度的影响,基于悬链线方程迭代方法计算并确定了索导管角度的修正值,降低摩擦对索导管的损害。结果表明:影响索导管修正角度的主要因素是斜拉索的长度和截面面积,与张拉索力无关,其中斜拉索截面面积对修正值的影响较大;桥梁成桥时斜拉索状态良好,角度修正方法准确可靠,对施工质量提升具有积极作用。This paper aims to prevent the damage caused by friction between parallel steel strand stay cables and cable guide pipes for achieving the bridge design goals.The study,by taking Heda Expressway Jiamusi Songhua River Bridge as the engineering background,involves analyzing the influence factors of the cumulative rotation of the main girder segments and cable tension during construction on the correction angle of the cable guide pipes,determining the correction values of the correction angle of the cable guide pipes by using an iterative method based on catenary equation,and reducing the friction damage to the cable duct.The results show that the length and cross-sectional area of the stay cables are the key factors influencing the correction angle,and the cross-sectional area having a significant impact,with no correlation with cable tension.The stay cables are in good condition upon bridge completion,confirming the accuracy and reliability of the angle correction method,improving the engineering quantity.
