摘 要:为探究采煤机导向滑靴受力及其工作时的温度场分布,减小温度对导向滑靴使用寿命的影响,以某采煤机导向滑靴为研究对象,综合考虑煤层倾角、俯仰角及动力参数,建立了采煤机整机力学模型,仿真分析导向滑靴与销排相对滑动时的导向滑靴受力曲线及温度云图,研究了煤层倾角及俯仰角对导向滑靴受力的影响规律,以及采煤机工作速度对导向滑靴温度的影响规律。结果表明,前导向滑靴下钩子处受力最大,后导向滑靴上表面受力最大,导向滑靴的稳态温度随着采煤机工作速度的增大而升高,前导向滑靴最高温度为164.4℃,后导向滑靴最高温度为218.3℃。This paper aims to investigate the stress and temperature field distribution of the shearer guide slippers at work for reducing the impact of temperature on the service life of the guide slippers.Building on the guide slippers of a certain shearer,the study involves comprehensively considing the coal seam dip angle,pitch angle and dynamic parameters;establishing a whole mechanical model of the shearer;simulating and analyzing the force curve and temperature cloud map while relatively sliding between the guide slipper and the pin rail;exploring the influence law behind the coal seam dip angle and pitch angle on the force of the guide slippers,as well as the influence of the shearer working speed on the temperature of the guide slippers.The research results show that the force on the hook under the front guide slipper is highest,and the force on the upper surface of the rear guide slipper is highest.The stable temperature of the guide slipper increases with the increase of the shearer working speed;and the maximum temperature of the front guide slipper reaches 164.4 ℃,and the maximum temperature of the rear guide slippert reaches 218.3 ℃.
