摘  要:以某跨海大桥的非通航孔桥梁防船撞工程为背景,提出一种船舶拦截系统。用频域法计算系泊浮筒的运动响应幅值算子,用时域法分析在风、浪、流联合作用下船舶拦截系统的动力响应特性,并探讨不同有效波高对其动力响应特性的影响规律。研究结果表明:1)系泊浮筒结构设计合理,其固有频率能较好地避开常遇波浪频率范围,可避免发生共振;2)在极端海况下,系泊浮筒的各运动响应极值不会引起翻转现象,且锚链的最小安全系数符合规范要求;3)在同等风、流作用情况下,随着有效波高增大,系泊浮筒的垂荡、艏摇和横摇运动响应极值以及迎浪侧锚链张力极值均呈显著的线性增加关系。Based on the ship collision prevention project for the non-navigable bridge of a cross-sea bridge,an anti-ship collision interception system was proposed.The motion response amplitude operator of the mooring buoys was calculated by the frequency domain method.The dynamic response characteristics of the ship interception system under the combined action of wind,waves,and current were studied using the time domain method,and the influence of different effective wave heights on the dynamic response characteristics was discussed.The results show that:1) The structure of the mooring buoys is reasonable and its natural frequency can avoid the common waves frequency range,avoiding the occurrence of resonance;2) Under extreme sea conditions,the motion response extremes of the mooring buoys do not lead to overturning phenomenon.The minimum safety factor of the anchor chain meets the specification requirements;3) Under equivalent wind and current conditions,there is a significant linear increase of the heave,pitch,and roll motion response extremes and offshore chain tension extremes of the mooring buoys with the increase of effective wave height.
