摘  要:鉴于正交异性钢桥面板的刚度特性及施工环境条件,热拌沥青混凝土铺装层的压实度及均匀性难以达到设计要求,极易产生早期病害。通过无人化机群智能化控制技术原理分析,开展钢桥面沥青摊铺与碾压机群自动化控制技术研究,并在厦门翔安大桥钢桥面SMA铺装施工中成功应用。结果表明,采用无人化碾压技术可大幅提高工效,压实度达到99%,平整度、渗水系数等指标均满足相应要求;相较传统工艺,路面关键指标离散程度大幅度降低,对于沥青路面大规模施工具有显著的经济与社会效益。Under the stiffness characteristics and construction conditions of orthotropic steel bridge decks,it is challenging to achieve the design requirements for the compaction degree and uniformity of hot-mixed asphalt pavement layers,which often leads to early-stage pavement diseases.According to analysis on the principles of unmanned machine group intelligent control technology,research has been conducted on the automated control technology for paving and rolling machine groups,with successful application in the SMA pavement construction of the steel bridge deck of the Xiamen Xiang′an bridge.The results indicate that the adoption of unmanned rolling technology significantly enhances work efficiency,achieving a compaction degree of no less than 99%.The flatness and water permeability coefficient meet relevant requirements.Compared to traditional methods,the dispersion of key pavement indicators is greatly reduced,which represents significant economic and social benefits for large-scale asphalt pavement construction.
