摘 要:为贯彻落实国家交通强国战略,充分发挥高速公路服务区的服务窗口效应,促进路地经济融合发展,通过分析我国高速公路开放式服务区发展现状及工程实践,结合发展过程中存在的突出问题及未来发展趋势,从政策制度、行业、建设、运营层面提出我国高速公路开放式服务区发展的相关对策。结果表明:我国开放式服务区发展还处于起步探索阶段,建设数量较少,建设标准各一,开放程度不高,与周边地区的联动和经济带动作用较差,需从政策制度、技术标准、科学规划、专业运营等方面全方位统筹。In order to implement the national strategy of transportation power,fully leverage the service window effect of service areas,promote the integrated development of road and local economy,this paper analyzes the current situation and engineering practice in the development of open expressway service areas in our country,combines the prominent problems and future development trends in the development process,and propose relevant countermeasures for the development of open expressway service areas in China from the perspectives of policy system,industry,construction,and operation.The results show that:the development of open expressway service areas in China is still in the initial exploration stage,the number of construction is relatively small,the construction standards are different,the degree of openness is not high,the linkage with the neighbouring areas and the economic driving effect is poor.It is necessary to coordinate in an all-round way in terms of the policy system,technical standards,scientific planning and professional operation.
