摘 要:橡胶混凝土综合性能优良,且能够实现废旧橡胶的资源化利用,但强度较低限制了橡胶混凝土的推广应用。采用纳米SiO_(2)包覆技术处理橡胶颗粒,制备橡胶混凝土,试验研究了不同浓度纳米包覆液改性后橡胶混凝土的力学性能,同时检测了橡胶混凝土内部孔隙的分形维数。结果显示,纳米SiO_(2)包覆改性能够提高橡胶混凝土的力学性能,且包覆液的最优浓度(质量浓度)为3%,能够使橡胶混凝土的28 d抗压强度和劈拉强度分别提升20.1%和20.4%。改性后橡胶混凝土的内部孔隙具有分形特征,混凝土的强度随着其孔隙分形维数的增大而升高,且两者之间存在线性关系。Rubberized Concrete(RC)boasts superior comprehensive performance and enables the resourceful utilization of waste rubber,yet its relatively low strength hinders its widespread application.This study employs nano-SiO_(2) coating technology to treat rubber particles and prepare RC.Experimental investigations were conducted to analyze the mechanical properties of RC modified with varying concentrations of nano-coating solutions.Concurrently,the fractal dimension of internal pores within the RC was examined.The results indicate that nano-SiO_(2) coating modification can enhance the mechanical properties of RC,with an optimal coating solution concentration of 3%,leading to an improvement of 20.1% and 20.4% respectively in the 28 day compressive strength and splitting tensile strength of RC.The internal pores of the modified RC exhibit fractal characteristics,and the strength of the concrete increases linearly with the augmentation of its pore fractal dimension.
