摘  要:介绍了江阴站大跨度空间拱形桁架结构屋盖的结构特点,根据屋盖钢结构跨度大、落差大等特点,并结合现场施工条件,确定了分步提升的施工方法,对提升架的设计及布置进行了详细阐述。通过在拱形主桁架下弦增加水平临时拉索控制变形,提高了施工精度,保证了施工安全性。利用有限元分析软件对提升过程进行模拟分析,分析结果表明:钢结构的施工方案合理可行,具备足够的安全性。通过对提升全过程的监测,并与仿真分析结果对比分析,两者结果具有很好的吻合性。This article introduces the structural characteristics of the large-span arched truss roof structure of Jiangyin Station.Based on the characteristics of the steel structure of the roof,such as large span and large drop,and combined with the on-site construction conditions,a step-by-step lifting construction method is determined,and the design and layout of the lifting frame are elaborated in detail.By adding horizontal temporary cables to the lower chord of the arched main truss to control deformation,construction accuracy has been improved and construction safety has been ensured.Using finite element analysis software to simulate and analyze the lifting process,the analysis results show that the construction plan of the steel structure is reasonable and feasible,and has sufficient safety.By monitoring the entire process of improvement and comparing it with simulation analysis results,the two results have good consistency.
