摘 要:轻骨料混凝土作为一种先进的建筑材料,以其轻盈的重量、卓越的抗震能力等成为高层建筑和大跨度结构中的优选材料。然而轻骨料混凝土也有其相应的缺陷:较大的徐变和收缩、弹性模量小、易产生脆性破坏等缺点严重阻碍了轻骨料混凝土在结构中的应用。研究发现,在轻质骨料混凝土中掺入纤维时,可以显著提升其抗拉强度并减少其脆性。但是,目前对于这种材料弯曲性能的研究还不够深入。为此,该研究选取了三种不同长径比的纤维,并设定了不同的体积掺量,将这些纤维以不同比例掺入轻质骨料混凝土中,制备成混凝土梁,并进行弯曲测试。然后分析其破坏机理,为纤维轻骨料混凝土梁的设计和应用提供理论依据。As an advanced building material,lightweight aggregate concrete has become the preferred material in high-rise buildings and long-span structures due to its light weight and excellent earthquake resistance.However,light aggregate concrete also has its corresponding defects:large creep and shrinkage,small elastic modulus,easy to produce brittle failure and other shortcomings seriously hinder the application of light aggregate concrete in the structure.However,the study found that when the fiber is added to light aggregate concrete,its tensile strength can be significantly improved and its brittleness can be reduced.However,the current research on the bending properties of this material is not deep enough.To this end,this study selected three kinds of fibers,and set different volume content,these fibers in different proportions into lightweight aggregate concrete,to prepare concrete beams,and bend test.Then the failure mechanism is analyzed to provide theoretical basis for the design and application of fiber lightweight aggregate concrete beams.
