摘　　要：分别对地铁车站中的设备区、公共区装饰装修与机电专业的接口管理进行研究,从标高控制、孔洞预留、管线预埋和防火封堵等多方面分析城市轨道交通站后工程施工过程中各专业之间的接口,阐述了各专业接口时的施工顺序以及注意事项,并对各专业接口施工提供建议,为提高后期设备运营的质量以及试运营后乘客观感度、舒适度提供了宝贵的经验。The subway construction project involves preliminary engineering,civil engineering,and post station engineering(including building decoration and mechanical and electrical installation).It is a multifunctional,multi equipment,and multi professional comprehensive public transportation project.The construction quality of post station engineering directly affects the quality of equipment operation in the later stage,as well as the passenger’s perception and comfort after trial operation.The interface between the mechanical and electrical engineering and the decoration and renovation engineering has become a top priority in the coordination work during the design and construction period of the post station engineering.This article combines the work experience and relevant information of the subway decoration and renovation engineering and the mechanical and electrical engineering in the design and construction process to conduct a deep analysis of the interface between the mechanical and electrical engineering and the decoration and renovation engineering.
