摘 要:为保证复杂岩溶地层条件下地铁盾构隧道施工质量,以实际工程为例,分析其岩溶分布情况,以此确定盾构施工模式以及相关施工参数;为降低盾构掘进风险,满足地铁隧道结构的承载力需求标准,基于此在施工前,结合实际情况,选择注浆的方式对岩溶进行处理,并结合后退式补充注浆,更好地实现复杂岩溶地层加固效果。对该施工技术进行分析后得出:通过文中技术进行处理后,在相同施工时间下,最大累计沉降为3.82 mm;无侧限抗压强度均在设计标准以上,满足工程设计标准。In order to ensure the construction quality of subway shield tunnels under complex karst geological conditions,taking actual engineering as an example,the karst distribution is analyzed to determine the shield construction mode and related construction parameters;In order to reduce the risk of shield tunneling and meet the bearing capacity requirements of subway tunnel structures,grouting is selected to treat karst before construction based on actual conditions,and combined with backward supplementary grouting,to better achieve the reinforcement effect of complex karst strata.After analyzing the construction technology,it is concluded that the maximum cumulative settlement after processing with the technology described in the article is 3.82 mm under the same construction time;The unconfined compressive strength is above the design standard and meets the engineering design standards.
