摘  要:镇安砂石加工系统为整个抽水蓄能电站提供垫层料、常态混凝土、沥青混凝土等需要的12种粒径成品骨料,合理平面布置及工艺流程设计对整个工程的施工进度及质量起着决定性作用,文章从料源特性、平面布置及工艺流程等方面对砂石加工系统进行了介绍,为今后类似抽水蓄能砂石加工系统的建设提供参考。Sand and gravel aggregate processing system in Zhen An Shan Xi provides 12 kinds of particle size aggregate for the whole pumped storage power station,such as cushion material,normal concrete,hydraulic asphalt concrete and so on.Reasonable arrangement and technological process play a decisive role in the construction schedule and quality of the whole project.This paper systematically introduces the sand and stone processing system from the aspects of material source characteristics,process design,plane layout and technological process,provide a reference for the construction of similar sand and gravel processing systems of pumped storage power station in the future.
