摘  要:由于内燃机在工作过程中受热胀冷缩的作用会降低工件质量,通过在表面涂抹一层热障涂层可以有效解决此问题。通过对大气等离子喷涂YSZ热障涂层实施激光表面改性,分析了脉冲激光改性过程对涂层稳定性产生的影响。结果发现,脉冲激光改性涂层形成了致密的柱状表面组织,裂纹与孔隙会对涂层隔热性能产生明显影响,涂层表面平整,垂直裂纹宽度小。经过改性处理的涂层中形成了强度更高的XRD衍射峰,在改性层中形成了亚稳态相,有助于提高体层与基体的冶金结合性能。The internal combustion engine is greatly affected by heat in the working process,and the workpiece quality will be reduced under the action of thermal expansion and contraction.The key is to prepare a layer of thermal barrier coating on the surface by advanced manufacturing means.Laser surface modification of YSZ thermal barrier coating was carried out by atmospheric plasma spraying.The effect of pulsed laser modification on the stability of the coating was studied.The results show that the laser modified coating forms a dense columnar surface structure,cracks and pores have obvious effects on the thermal insulation performance of the coating,the surface of the coating is flat,and the vertical crack width is small.A higher intensity XRD diffraction peak is formed in the modified coating,and a metastable phase is formed in the modified layer,which has more structure.This research is helpful to improve the metallurgical bonding property of the body layer and the matrix,and has high application value.
