摘 要:通过分析AZ91D-2.2Cu合金板在大挤压比下的组织演变和拉伸断口测试,对AZ91D+2.2Cu合金内呈现块状外形的金属间化合物进行表征发现主要存在Mg、Zn和Cu三种元素,此时Mg、Zn、Cu的原子比达到37.2∶44.8∶19.2,属于MgZnCu相。AZ91D+2.2Cu合金形成了具有稳定衍射强度的MgZnCu相,其比例也保持基本恒定。AZ91D+2.2Cu合金已经不存在解理台阶,形成了更少的撕裂棱,而韧窝尺寸与深度都得到明显提高,还有一些非连续状的MgZnCu相出现在韧窝内。By analyzing the microstructure evolution and tensile fracture testing of AZ91D-2.2Cu alloy plate under a high extrusion ratio,the intermetallic compounds with block shaped morphology in AZ91D+2.2Cu alloy were characterized.It was found that there were mainly three elements:Mg,Zn,and Cu.At this time,the atomic ratio of Mg∶Zn∶Cu reached 37.2∶44.8∶19.2,belonging to the MgZnCu phase.AZ91D+2.2Cu alloy forms MgZnCu phase with stable diffraction intensity,and its proportion remains basically constant.The AZ91D+2.2Cu alloy no longer has cleavage steps,resulting in fewer tearing edges,and the size and depth of the tough dimples have been significantly improved.There are also some discontinuous MgZnCu phases appearing within the tough dimples.
