摘 要:利用新一代高强度、高塑性钢铁材料M3组织调控思路,开展QP钢成分设计,并研究确定其生产工艺。结果表明:基于C-Si-Mn-Nb成分体系,采用640℃下均热10 min,60℃淬火后450℃回火配分3 min的退火工艺,可获得1 000 MPa级以上QP钢;通过提Mn加Nb,在950~1 150℃温度范围内拉坯时,可在保证QP钢具有良好断面收缩率的同时,更易避免铸坯内部和表面裂纹的形成。Using the new generation of high-strength and high plasticity steel material M3 microstructure control ideas,QP steel composition design is carried out,and its production process is studied and determined.The results show that based on the C-Si-Mn-Nb composition system,the annealing process of uniformly heating at 640 ℃ for 10 minutes,quenching at 60 ℃,and tempering at 450 ℃ for 3 minutes can obtain QP steel with a strength of over 1 000 MPa.By adding Mn and Nb,it is possible to avoid the formation of internal and surface cracks in QP steel during casting at temperatures ranging from 950 to 1 150 ℃ while ensuring good cross-sectional shrinkage.
