摘　　要：在应用原有湿熄焦工艺时,熄焦的焦饼非常规整,厚度约1.2 m,若想熄灭焦炭需要长时间喷洒大量的水,此熄焦方式不易熄透,不仅会影响焦炭质量,而且会产生大量的有毒有害物质污染环境,同时也会产生大量的焦粉,造成浪费。鉴于此,提出了一种新型卧式捣固侧装热回收焦炉湿熄焦工艺技术,新工艺技术就是将平接焦车上的焦饼通过固定推焦装置推入地坑中的熄焦车内再去熄焦,这样经过摔打的焦炭强度有所提高,同时也便于采用低水分熄焦形式,通过大水量、短时间冲洗来熄灭焦炭,可减少熄焦时间,减少熄焦水的浪费及对环境的污染,提高焦炭的质量和产焦率。When applying the original wet quenching process,the quenched coke cake is very regular,with a thickness of about 1.2 m.If you want to extinguish the coke,you need to spray a large amount of water for a long time.This quenching method is not easy to extinguish completely,which not only affects the quality of coke,but also produces a large amount of toxic and harmful substances that pollute the environment.At the same time,it also produces a large amount of coke powder,causing waste.In view of this,a new type of wet quenching process technology for horizontal tamping and side mounted heat recovery coke ovens has been proposed.The new process technology involves pushing the coke cake on the flat coke car into the quenching car in the pit through a fixed pushing device before extinguishing the coke.This improves the strength of the coke after being knocked down,and also facilitates the use of low moisture quenching methods.By flushing with large amounts of water for a short period of time,the coke can be extinguished,reducing quenching time,waste of quenching water and environmental pollution,improving the quality and yield of coke.
