摘 要:某钢厂热轧产线在轧制窄断面带钢时,板形调控手段较少。在轧制极限规格带材时,边部板形及断面形状质量不达标。因轧辊原始辊型设计不合理,辊间压力出现局部高峰,加剧了轧辊磨损产生的异常辊耗,导致换辊周期内产品带钢质量不稳定。基于以上问题,充分考虑某钢厂热轧精轧机组的设备与工艺特点,从辊型设计曲线、负载辊型模型、辊形弹性变形模型以及板形模型入手,进行工作辊和支撑辊的原始辊型优化设计。同时,基于轧辊疲劳理论,开发出《热轧轧辊辊型与辊耗优化计算软件》,将其应用于现场,能够进行轧辊疲劳层深度计算,指导轧辊磨削用量,进行辊耗优化,提高企业的经济效益。The hot rolling production line of a certain steel plant has limited means of shape control when rolling narrow section strip steel,and the quality of edge and section shapes does not meet the standards when rolling limit specification strips.At the same time,due to the unreasonable design of the original roll shape of the rolling mill,there is a local peak in the pressure between the rolls,which intensifies the wear of the rolling mill and produces abnormal roll wear,and also makes the quality of the product strip steel unstable during the roll changing cycle.Based on the above issues,fully considering the equipment and process characteristics of a certain steel plant's hot rolling and finishing mill,starting from the design curve of the roll shape,the loaded roll shape model,the elastic deformation model of the roll shape,and the plate shape model,the original roll shape optimization design of the work roll and support roll is carried out.At the same time,based on the theory of roll fatigue,Optimization Calculation Software for Roll Profile and Roll Consumption of Hot Rolling Rolls has been developed and applied on site.It can calculate the depth of the roll fatigue layer,guide the grinding amount of rolls,optimize roll wear,and improve the economic benefits of enterprises.
