摘  要:在铸坯热装热送工艺的应用中,邯钢能嘉公司为了控制铸坯红送裂纹缺陷,对红送裂纹缺陷形成机理及控制技术进行了研究和攻关。通过采用高温热装和连铸坯表面快冷的工艺措施,有效控制了铸坯的红送裂纹,提高了产品质量,为企业带来了可观的经济效益。In the application of hot charging and hot delivery technology for castings,Hansteel Nengjia Company has conducted research and breakthroughs on the formation mechanism and control technology of red delivery crack defects in castings in order to control them.By adopting high-temperature hot charging and rapid cooling on the surface of continuous casting billets,the red delivery cracks of the billets were effectively controlled,the product quality was improved,and considerable economic benefits were brought to the enterprise.
