摘　　要：通过实施成本分层次、多维度、深度融合“123421”措施,使烧结工序各项指标得到了提升;“123421”与专业管理深度融合,作业成本管理落地见效;目标导向与问题导向结合,与先进企业积极对标,优化流程,堵塞漏洞。By implementing the "123421" measure of cost stratification,multi-dimensional,and deep integration,various indicators of the sintering process have been improved.through deeply integration of "123421" and professional management,effective implementation of activity-based cost management is realized.Combining goal oriented and problem oriented approaches,actively benchmarking with advanced enterprises,optimize processes and plugloopholes.
