摘 要:随着带钢产品规格的不断开发和对机组产能需求的不断提升,等压下轧制策略已无法满足产线实际应用,针对此现状,对TMEIC冷酸轧的总压下超限检查、三种轧制策略(等压下、等轧制力及等功率压)下分配计算过程和分配过程的模型参数极限及调整方式进行了详细分析,并对末机架的恒压下和恒轧制力两种压下分配计算过程进行了分析,为酸轧产线合理排产和选择合适轧制压下分配策略、有效提高生产制造能力并降低成本提供了依据。实际应用结果表明,对于特殊钢种的生产,等轧制力和等功率策略比等压下模式具有更好的适用性,能够更好地发挥机组设备能力,提高产能和生产稳定性。With the continuous development of product specifications and the increasing demand for unit production capacity,the equal pressure rolling strategy is no longer able to meet the practical application of the production line.This article provides a detailed analysis of the total pressure limit inspection of TMEIC cold acid rolling,three rolling strategies for equal pressure,equal rolling force,and equal power distribution calculation process,as well as the model parameter limits and adjustment methods of the distribution process.It also analyzes the constant pressure and constant rolling force distribution calculation process of the final stand,providing a basis for rational production scheduling and selecting suitable rolling pressure distribution strategies to effectively improve production capacity and reduce costs in the acid rolling production line.The practical application results show that the equal rolling force and equal power strategy for the production of special steel grades has better applicability than the equal pressure mode,and can better utilize the equipment capacity of the unit to improve production capacity and stability.
