摘 要:为探讨钢铁行业焦化生产过程中挥发性有机化合物(VOCs)的排放问题及常用的治理技术。基于VOCs排放的主要节点和原因,详细阐述了吸附技术、吸收技术、直接燃烧技术和膜分离技术等常用的控制技术。然后以某钢铁企业的改造过程为例,提出了化产工段、粗苯工段、粗苯储罐大小呼吸及装车逸散气、污水处理区域废气的治理方案,并分析了治理成效。结果表明,通过上述措施,可有效减少钢铁行业焦化过程中的VOCs排放,保护环境,促进可持续发展。To explore the emission of volatile organic compounds(VOCs) in the coking production process of the steel industry and common treatment technologies,based on the main nodes and causes of VOCs emissions,commonly used control technologies such as adsorption technology,absorption technology,direct combustion technology,and membrane separation technology are elaborated in detail.Then,taking the transformation process of a certain steel enterprise as an example,a treatment plan was proposed for the chemical production section,crude benzene section,breathing and loading of crude benzene storage tanks,and waste gas from sewage treatment areas,and the effectiveness of the treatment was analyzed.The results indicate that the above measures can effectively reduce VOCs emissions in the coking process of the steel industry,protect the environment,and promote sustainable development.
