摘　　要：首钢长治钢铁有限公司轧钢厂H型钢生产线除尘系统采取塑烧板除尘器,该除尘器是一种高效节能的烟气净化设备,具有除尘效率高、处理烟气量大、使用寿命长等特点,针对该除尘系统的工艺流程、设备参数以及运行过程中的问题及维护要点进行了研究分析,以确保除尘系统后期的稳定运行。The dust removal system of the H-shaped steel production line at Shougang Changzhi Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.adopts a plastic firing plate dust collector.This dust collector is an efficient and energy-saving flue gas purification equipment,which has the characteristics of high dust removal efficiency,large amount of flue gas treatment,and long service life in production processes.This article mainly studies the process flow,equipment parameters,problems and maintenance points during operation of the dust removal system,in order to ensure the stable operation of the dust removal system in the later stage.
