摘　　要：立辊轧机轴承机械密封设计及安装维护是保证轧机正常运行和延长轴承寿命的重要环节。针对立辊轧机轴承机械密封的设计原理、安装步骤和维护方法进行了详细介绍。通过合理的设计和正确的安装维护,有效防止润滑油泄漏、杂质进入和密封失效等问题,提高了立辊轧机的工作效率和可靠性。The design,installation,and maintenance of mechanical seals for vertical rolling mill bearings are important steps in ensuring the normal operation of the rolling mill and extending the life of the bearings.A detailed introduction was given on the design principles,installation steps,and maintenance methods of mechanical seals for bearings in vertical rolling mills.By reasonable design and correct installation and maintenance,the problems of lubricating oil leakage,impurities entering,and seal failure are effectively prevented,which improves the efficiency and reliability of the vertical rolling mill.
