摘  要:以1台直径为1 750 mm的立辊轧机为例,对其故障原因及维修原理进行了分析。通过对小轮碎裂、球面垫掉落和立辊轧机倾斜等故障原因的深入分析,提出了相应的解决方法和维修原理;通过科学的分析和合理的维修措施,有效解决了设备故障,提高了生产效率,确保了设备的稳定性和可靠性。Taking a vertical rolling mill with a diameter of 1 750 mm as an example,the fault analysis and maintenance principle were analyzed.Through in-depth analysis of the causes of faults such as small wheel breakage,spherical pad falling off,and vertical rolling mill tilting,corresponding solutions and maintenance principles have been proposed.Through scientific analysis and reasonable maintenance measures,equipment failures have been effectively resolved,production efficiency has been improved,and the stability and reliability of the equipment have been ensured.
