摘  要:针对本项目初级中学综合楼建筑功能复杂、平面体型不规则的特点;结合建筑功能区段,基于控制结构单体规则性的目的,设计时采用了“上部结构设缝+共用隔震层”的结构方案,形成了三个独立且规则性不超限的结构单体,并降低了相邻隔震建筑隔震层设计的复杂性。同时,考虑了发震断层、不利地形及结构超长的不利影响,并针对不规则项提出了针对性的加强措施,采用有限元法补充了超长结构温度作用分析和大跨结构竖向振动舒适度分析。隔震结构设计采用了整体设计法,确保了发生本区域设防地震时可以正常使用的要求,有效地实现了“设防地震基本不坏、罕遇地震可修”的性能目标。In response to the complex functions and irregular planar shapes of the junior high school comprehensive building in this project.Based on the functional sections of the building and the purpose of controlling the regularity of individual structural units,the designer adopted a structural scheme of upper structure joints+shared isolation layer.Three independent and regular structural units have been formed,which also reduces the complexity of designing isolation layers for adjacent isolated buildings.At the same time,the adverse effects of seismogenic faults,unfavorable terrain,and excessively long structures were considered,and targeted strengthening measures were proposed for irregular items.Used finite element method for analysis of temperature effects on ultra long structures and vertical vibration comfort analysis of large-span structures.The design of the isolation structure adopts the overall design method.Ensure the regulatory requirements for normal use in the event of earthquakes with seismic precautionary intensity.Effectively achieving the performance goal of basic earthquake resistance without severe damage and repair-ability in rare earthquakes.
