摘  要:以建在整体地库上方的某大门项目作为研究对象,大门采用大跨钢筋混凝土框架结构,但地库已施工完,在没有留设柱基础以及屋顶的悬挑较大和不规则造型等条件下,对结构设计进行了分析研究和建模计算,提出了解决方案。研究结果表明:在后建地上柱网与已建地下柱网不对齐、柱基偏心、基础不均匀沉降、管线与基础相碰等各种制约条件下,通过采取针对措施,大门设计得以实现,并且是安全、合理和经济的。Taking a gate project built above the overall basement as the research object,the gate adopts a large-span reinforced concrete frame structure,but the basement has been completed.Under the conditions of no column foundation and large cantilever and irregular shape of the roof,the structural design is analyzed and modeled,and the solution is proposed.The results show that the design of the gate is safe,reasonable and economical by taking targeted measures under various constraints such as the misalignment between the post-built aboveground column network and the built underground column network,the eccentricity of the column foundation,the uneven settlement of the foundation,and the collision between the pipeline and the foundation.
