摘  要:钢拱架、钢筋网和小导管等钢构件是隧道施工中的重要部分,为保证工程质量、提高生产效率,同时节约生产成本、降低安全风险,钢构件智能化加工逐渐取代了传统加工方式。文章依托某智能化钢构厂,详细阐述了数控激光切割钢板、智能型钢拱架加工、数控钢筋网焊接和全自动小导管四条智能化生产线工艺的生产流程及其应用成效。相较于传统加工方式,通过对钢构件进行智能化加工,加工效率大幅提升,四种智能化生产线的生产效率分别提升66%,25%,60%和33%,同时人工成本每天可降低2450元。Steel components such as steel arches,steel mesh,and small conduits are important parts of tunnel construction.In order to ensure engineering quality,improve production efficiency,save production costs,and reduce safety risks,intelligent processing of steel components has gradually replaced traditional processing methods.This article elaborates on the production process and application effectiveness of four intelligent production lines,including CNC laser cutting of steel plates,intelligent steel arch processing,CNC steel mesh welding,and fully automatic small conduits,based on a certain intelligent steel structure factory.Compared to traditional processing methods,intelligent processing of steel components has significantly improved processing efficiency.The production efficiency of the four intelligent production lines has increased by 66%,25%,60%,and 33%,respectively.At the same time,labor costs can be reduced by 2450 yuan per day.
