摘  要:本研究基于某桥梁工程施工监测案例,探讨了高支模支撑体系的智能实时监测技术。传统光学监测受限于现场条件,数据易分散且滞后。依托物联网技术,开发了基于激光扫描的支架变形监测系统,能够实时采集变形数据,并通过无线传输至平台进行处理和预警,显著提升了监测信息化水平和施工安全性。该系统通过高精度激光扫描和无线传输,确保数据准确和及时,并能即时生成变形曲线和位移图表,辅助施工管理决策,实时预警功能则预防安全隐患,为桥梁施工提供了坚实的技术保障。Based on a construction monitoring case of a bridge project,this paper discusses the intelligent real-time monitoring technology of high support system.Traditional optical monitoring is limited by the field conditions,and the data is easy to disperse and lag.Relying on the Internet of Things technology,a support deformation monitoring system based on laser scanning has been developed,which can collect deformation data in real time and transmit it to the platform through wireless transmission for processing and early warning,significantly improving the monitoring informatization level and construction safety.The system ensures accurate and timely data through high-precision laser scanning and wireless transmission,and can generate deformation curves and displacement charts in real time to assist construction management decisions.The real-time warning function prevents safety hazards and provides a solid technical guarantee for bridge construction.
