摘　　要：随着我国社会和经济的不断发展,各类建筑工程项目不断兴起,EPC工程总承包模式作为一种通用模式,在我国逐渐应用并推广。文章以EPC工程总承包项目为基础,研究成本管理要点,通过对其中存在的问题进行思考,从而提出应对策略,为相关研究人员提供参考。With the continuous development of society and economy in China,various construction projects are constantly emerging.The EPC engineering general contracting model,as a universal model,is gradually being applied and promoted in China.This article is based on the EPC engineering general contracting project,studying the key points of cost management.By thinking about the existing problems,countermeasures are proposed to provide reference for relevant researchers.
