摘　　要：区域全面经济伙伴关系协定(RCEP)为中日韩三国在区域内深化经贸合作提供了新的契机。本文聚焦在大连建设中日韩经贸合作示范区,探讨其在RCEP框架下的建设路径和优化设计。通过分析该示范区建设的背景、现实意义及其对区域经济一体化的推动作用,本文提出了加强政治互信、建设自由贸易港、打造泛黄海经济圈、拓展贸易链条及促进产业合作的具体策略,旨在为示范区的建立提供科学依据和现实指导。The Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership(RCEP)provides a new opportunity for China,Japan,and South Korea to deepen economic and trade cooperation in the region.This article focuses on the construction of the China Japan Korea Economic and Trade Cooperation Demonstration Zone in Dalian,exploring its construction path and optimized design under the RCEP framework.By analyzing the background,practical significance,and promoting regional economic integration of the construction of the demonstration zone,this article proposes specific strategies to strengthen political mutual trust,build a free trade port,create a pan Yellow Sea economic circle,expand trade chains,and promote industrial cooperation,aiming to provide scientific basis and practical guidance for the establishment of the demonstration zone.
